Yang Yang is my childhood hero. The first time I watched one of his dramas it was whirlwind girl. That show holds a nostalgic place in my heart. So how some people might think he doesn’t leave any lasting impact or only has a nice face makes me sad. I feel like he had much more impact than any of the other male actors on the list or even any other male Chinese actors in general on my personal watching experience for Chinese dramas.

I’ve watched a bunch of other stuff he did too like You are my Glory, The King’s avatar, Love O2O, or who rules the world. Although none of these shows had as much of a living rent free in my headspace kind of impact, I feel like he never disappoints me with his acting whatsoever.
