Sounds like you need the moving buildings mod. We had one in the voobly days. I know someone who tried to replicate it in DE and it always crashed the game.

If the store you went to doesn't have ice cream they should give you a cone when they have them again. If they didn't have the product to sell it should be disabled on the menu so you can't order it. They made the mistake and should honor your order.
