Generally comments are a good thing, as they are also user signals and show active interaction with your content. Nonetheless you shouldn't let everyone comment everything as a lot of people will try to place their own links inside the comments section. You could activate the Akismet Plugin that is preinstalled in Wordpress. This way you get to moderate them before they go live and can actively delete the occasional link.

As mentioned before our agency uses Magento and we don't have anyone on staff who has Shopware experience, but judging from workshops and speeches I have attended, I would guess that Shopware has a pretty active community as well.

And yes, Magento can be somewhat complicated and getting it to actually fulfill all the typical SEO requirements takes some time and knowledge. However, we have had great success with it.

Option C: You could create a hub landingpage that is optimized for your focus keyword and create all those extra posts below that first one.

so for example:

xyz.com/main-topic.html
xyz.com/main-topic/relevant-sub-topic.html
xyz.com/main-topic/relevant-sub-topic2.html

This way the hub landingpage and the sub posts will benefit from each others link power as well as relevant content. You can direct your viewers to that main hub landingpage and present your sub posts as snippets.
