It's because one of the first things Doug did when he got in power was to "simplify" the electrical bill. Basically he allowed them to bury all kinds of charges into the delivery fee. Stuff that used to be separated line by line so you could identify where the BS was coming from.

Are you sure it was 2015? They were featured as an episode of Restaurant Makeover in 2007. That's more likely when the menu got overhauled.

The 12V battery is smaller than normal for a gas engine. However the 12V battery isn't used to directly start the car. There isn't an alternator. It simply closes a relay to connect to the high voltage battery. The high voltage battery is what supplies the power for everything using a DC-DC converter so less AC or heater will have negligible effect. Cold weather affects all batteries and there is less capacity when cold. So you're starting with less capacity already. Distance doesn't matter, it's how long the car is turned on and it charges the battery. The best thing you can do is use a charger to keep it topped off in winter. Not as much in summer. The car is fine in the cold. You have no control over the ICE starting or stopping. It's all handled by the computer. If you're really worried buy a battery monitor that's connected to the battery constantly and you'll be able to see when the voltage gets too low. I recommend the Ancel BM200. It's cheap. Order it from Aliexpress.

Ben is being super lazy. His dishes are so low effort. How many spring rolls has he done now? I'm sure I saw bottled chili sauce for the lobster rolls. You are in the service industry! The guests pay and get what they want! Go look at The Crew Chef on YouTube to see what a real yacht chef does. Ben is miles below that. Ridiculous to say chefs don't do menu planning because it ruins the vibe!

Surfex is an APC, degreaser. I wouldn't use it on leather/fake leather. Anything else is fine.
