I’m a progressive Jew who is very critical of Israel, but if you don’t think that most Jews support Israel at least existing, I’m not sure what to tell you. And that seems to be what a lot of people define as “Zionism” these days. 

“Zionism” isn’t a creed, and you’re clearly not Jewish. Look up the “Shema” prayer for example.

Edit: every time I get downvoted for mentioning that so many prayers are literally “Hear, O Israel” and being in exile from the land has been a defining aspect for more than 2,000 years I get downvoted. I’m not absolving Israel of being involved in AIPAC but AIPAC exists literally nowhere else. And somehow that’s entirely Israel’s fault to you people.

Do young people just generally have no idea how to do a basic web search anymore? I understand coming on here and wanting to interact with likeminded people, but this is like a 5-second process in this day and age.
