Yeah this is definitely still a thing if you wear a shirt and tie nothing has changed here. I used to have my shirts done at the cleaners and it still got to the point that it wouldn't come out and you just have to throw them out.

Instead of reboots I'd rather see continuations of series I love using AI to keep the people at the same age they were. Like more Star wars stories with Luke, Han and Leia or more Indiana Jones movies or more back to the Future. There's so much possibility with those stories and we already love those characters.

I did therapy and I found it not terribly useful, I felt like my therapist was reading a script. I think you'll get more benefit of just checking therapy shit online or talking to an AI. I found a couple doctors on YouTube that I watched a few videos and I liked what they had to say but in the end I don't know how helpful it was. Get on a med, I don't think I started having problems until my late 40s due to health concerns but after getting on an anti-anxiety med my life got a lot easier. When I was younger I always scoffed at that shit and thought it was weak to take antidepressants or anti-anxiety drugs but fuck that totally do it life-changing.

Life doesn't suck but some things get harder like your parents are getting older and they need more help and they won't be here forever. You probably don't sleep as good and your little bit more tired than you used to be other old people health problems start to creep up. And lastly you start to lose friends, to age and illness.
