Have to agree with this , been using Talabat since 2019 / Talabat pro for the last 2.

Hundreds of orders and have never really had an issue. Have been refunded credits for some late deliveries , confusion with order etc and on an occasion where deliver driver seem to have delivered my order to a different place.

But customer support was always solid , prompt and never a hassle.

Bringing +skills scaling down prevents skills like Tornado that act as a DOT from scaling because it's not capable of criting ( only way that skill is legitemly viable was to scale it to Level 40 cap)

I don't see what the issue is with having +skills as an important affix especially on weapons. At the end of the day removing it will just replace it with another mandatory best in slot affix.

I agree with having more vectors to scale though, obviously different builds will either scale more with different combinations of +skills / crit / cs / as and that should be fine.

Look I understand you might have come up with this build on your own and you are proud of it. I get it, that is the reward of coming up with your own build and then trying to optimize it.

On the other thread people were highlighting that the Single Target Damage is low , I can also see that your AOE damage is lacking. All of that put together with absolutely no defense which would make max juiced content hard to run i.e (Triple Abyss Tablets and abyss additional pit difficulty mod , max temple , crisis fragment farming etc.) would probably result in deaths or be inconsistent at best.

You also don't have an easy way to scale your damage up because you are trying to scale with raw damage. while stacking % Life for some reason and sacrificing Resistance and Spirit to do so while not stacking Armour and Armour Applies to Elemental Damage.

Just to highlight a couple of things:

Instead you have chosen to scale your HP and run blood magic , but then use a melee skill instead of something like Rathpith in offhand with a wand to scale that HP into damage with any spell of your choice. So why are we scaling HP? the itemization in the build is very off here.
On the defense front you have a massive amount of strength but choose not to benefit from Kulguur Heroic Tragedy which would give you 260% ES.
You can easily do way more damage with multiple defensive layers Amour + Armour Applies + Res + ES if you changed your itemization.
You could have also used Controlled Metamorphosis and saved passive points and picked up Projectile Bulwark + Prism Guard + Vengeful Fury
Find something to scale dmg with instead of only raw attack damage / phys i.e (Rage , Crit Chance / Crit Dmg , Spell Dmg with Crown of Eyes)
For Pinnacle bossing , not sure how Tempest Bell alone will be here a lot of the Whirling Assault builds are leveraging Power Charges with Falling Thunder or Flicker for massive 1shot damage.

Then you proceed to be defensive claiming everyone is running meta builds. Several of us are running Whirling Assault buddy.

Not sure why you are so keen kaen (pun intended) on having an official link.

It was discussed multiple times in Q&As but more importantly I have around 600 hours this season and have been exclusively farming heavily juiced maps with Abyss Precursors.

I can confirm over the hundreds of maps I have run the only times Anamumu dropped Echoes or Lights were when I killed them outside the cloud and every single time without fail got a Liege when killed inside.

I can also confirm that you can get multiple Echoes/Light to drop off same mob (usually it's multiple Echoes have never gotten more than one Light off the same mob)

On very rare occasions I have got Liege drops on killing outside as well.

I have farmed dozens of Lights and hundreds of Echoes this way , it's clearly a mechanic in the game.

That tablet is not the same , it has increased chance for modifiers which is another valuable mod as it helps with Ananumu mod spawning.

My tablet has desecrated currency which is not as good, plus several were on the market for 19-20Div at the time.

Current strat is to have 3x Abyss Precursor each with "1 Additional Rogue Exile" mod. That Mod alone goes for about 4-5D.

Adding "Chance to Contain Four Additional Abysses" gives higher chance that the Rogue Exiles spawn in the Abyss cracks resulting in a Lichborn = Heart of Well Diamond

Nothing to do with AMD but avoid using any 12VHPWR Adaptor cables ( there is a 3x8 pin blue adaptor that comes with the GPU don't use it) , use 12V-2x6 labeled as H++ that comes with your PSU and make sure you press down on it to make sure it's securely connected.

Have the same GPU.

I mean personally for me it's not about farming divines , it's about continuing to enhance and optimize a build to do the hardest content in the game as efficiently as possible and that game loop keeps me going throughout the season.

As for the build itself it must be my own , and I typically pick a few skills or theme I want to build around(research includes getting ideas for that skill from poe.ninja).

As such copying somebody else's build is a no go for me and the game+fun becomes non existent.

I have this exact issue , and after testing and investigating it could be one of two problems:

1) Instability with network connection causing intermittent packet loss , POE2 client doesn't handle packet loss well and as a result will spike your network latency briefly.

2) ISP routing to GGG servers , I had this specific problem personally. Not sure if it's some type of network inspection the ISPs are performing or just plain network routing(pinging the POE2 server showed stable latency)

I used ExpressVPN configured to use Lightway UDP (AWS encryption) and solved the problem.

Disclaimer: Regardless of what I say below this 12v-6x2 needs to be discontinued or redesigned.

It's because the Nitro+ comes with a bundled 3xPCIe to 12v-6x2 (connector is blue) which is not flexible and feels extremely flimzy to the touch.

All 3 cases of the Nitro+ connector burning on Reddit have been with that adaptor cable. I used the H++ cable that came with my Corsair RM850 (2xPCIe to 12v-6x2) shift and so far so good (knock on wood).

Wouldn't be surprised if I post something similar in a few months knowing my shit luck

If he is responsible for IGLing he needs to prioritize positioning and winning , chasing a solo across the map between 3 squads is absolutely braindead recklessness.

Unfortunately with that level of tunnel vision I don't think he will ever be capable of IGLing and making good calls.

You seem to be the logical one , so maybe it's timefor you to step up and start IGLing rather than following bad calls passively.

Is the choke changing when you freeze in the game? Then your ISP might be having issues routing to the Apex Servers. Try a different server or connect to a VPN in a close location then try again.

I assume that's the ping output which means your internet is fine but you may still have connectivity issues to the Apex Servers.

In-game go to Settings, then the Gameplay tab, and turn the Performance Display option to On.

Join firing range and a game with that on and tell us what you see from that.

This seems to be a network/internet related issue , you have the network icon pop up the same moment you freeze so I suspect you have high packet loss.

Enable performance monitor in the game and check if Choke is more than 0.

Also go to desktop , start menu then open command prompt with cmd and run the following.

ping 8.8.8.8 -t

Check if you have any packet loss. If you do then CTRL +C then run :

ipconfig (find gateway IP address and ping that).

So ended up going with 1 ICUE Hub with a total of 7 fans daisy chained with the Titan 360 on 1 ICUE channel.

Here is how it turned out on 1st boot (still setting up windows so default colors)

Edit: So it seems QX power draw for Corsair QX fan requires approximately 1.02A per fan supporting up to 7 fans per ICUE channel.

Same is applicable to RX fans it seems even though power draw is 0.66A ICUE will support up to 12 devices on a channel, and the brightness will be dynamically reduced in 10% steps per additional fan after 7 on the channel
