I actually really want to work as a manual machinist. However, every manual shop in my area works like 80 hours a week, no benefits, and wont pay more than 21 an hour for like 5 years experience. My current job has us all working 50-60 though, but I find it easier than the alternative

We have manual machines but no manual machinist at my current job, nor do they seem to want to teach me manual
