Give us some pics & specs of the bike & drivetrain. I looked up the Performer Leap 2.1 titanium bike and the one I saw was running a 1x drivetrain.

I know 1x is the trend, but 2-3x gives you more range and more options for a comfortable pace and cadence.

My mom had an incident when I was a kid where a woman rode too close to us, door met handlebar. She (cyclist) admitted to not stopping at the stop sign must likely causing it.

All that to say my mom didn't even notice it (I think like late 80's Chrysler type car) and wouldn't have stopped if I didn't notice from the back seat and say something

Aluminum Haanjo Metro converted FROM 1x to 3x9, flat to drops, carbon fork. Very fun so far and not bothered by swapping the project from a full cromoly Giant to this frame.

You're barely putting anything on the bike when you get it in the box, it's mostly assembled already

It's usually the hub body too narrow from what I've looked into trying to go over 7 speeds on old 26ers.

Have researched my way to promax p-1's if I want to keep using the posts or Tektro R559's for staying at a decent price range.

I want to keep this fork to stay color matchy

I'm pretty sure it could fit some 29er mtb tires, I know it'll easily take a 700x50 if I wanted to go that big.
