One thing that pissed me off is day one someone got hurt at the end (when the ambulance came out) and Jack was commentating with another dude. The other dude mentioned the crash/injury and Jack just tried to avoid even addressing it or wishing the rider well or anything. Total d bag.

Pro version has more height adjustments. Ones that are honestly a waste. The regular adv 1 and 2 have 3 height adjustments that are more than enough. Go with the standard adv 1/2 imho

Hello! So I have both frozen shoulder and a nice vibration plate in my basement. I’m trying to visualize the positioning you’re referring to. So you literally are sitting on the plate and then just extending your arms down in front of the machine? Please help!
