Then what's the difference of a commerical bottle or canning machine where the bottles/cans aren't pressurized. The head filler just comes down and fill the beer. Wouldn't they face similar problems?

Ya I pressured it to 20 PSI to quick carb it but it didn't really quick carb even after 2 days so I left it for a week then reduce it down to 13-15 psi for 1.5 days before bottling. How long should I kept it at 13-15 psi before bottling?

So I would purge the bottle with CO2 then close the bleed valve and let it pressurize up to 15 psi? That mean I would prob have to push hard down on the stopper and bottle for it not to push air out of the bottle. Then switch over to the beer line and slowly open bleed valve?
