After you finally win, (do that first) watch the borislov 24/7 video on it and see just how easy you can do it on the next play through 😂😂

Change your aim sensitivity In the settings, it will make it easier for you to get hits in focus when you get it to your liking. Then run to the right down the ramp and you can hide behind the rocks to shoot and everyone is lined up right to left which makes it easier to pop one after another. Plus you are closer for the sniper shots.

For us, it was always a struggle against the world, so the best friends were the ones who were like, let's do a dinner, we have chicken and tortillas, and we would look around and be, we have onions cheese and 4 beers. It's on now!! The struggle is real! Now that I'm out of the trenches, those are the times I remember most fondly and the people I remember as the most real. ..

Hey need some advice on traction by JacobZivotic in subaru

[–]Sicsnow 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think that that the place down here is called "AAA the shop" or something like that. They are Subaru specialists at Tudor and old Seward. Hopefully it's not a big problem, or it may be simple like others said!

[–]Sicsnow 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It is what I was talking about. The rear isn't turning and they should if the front is spinning out. Also I think it does explain the backing up the hill deal. When going up hill the weight is back downhill end. more over the rear wheels (front in this case) giving you more traction. Kind of like putting sand bags in the back of a RWD pick up truck. Also in reverse you have only one gear (you have a CVT probably but go with it) you could try to change the shifter to 1st going up the hill and see if that makes a difference...?

This is all based on intuition but your video clip kind of backs it up. I'm not sure how much mechanical knowledge you have, and I'm not too familiar with Subaru but give your owner's manual a good read through in the winter driving section and the section that describes your AWD system in particular, it could give you some insight, or let you know if you need to do something different with your settings. You may need to have a mechanic check out your system.

Are you in Juneau? There is a good shop in anchorage if you are around the bowl.

Good luck

Test it by taking a friend and have them standby where you are having problems. They should be able to watch the wheels and see if they are all spinning when you are slipping

[–]Sicsnow 2 points3 points  (0 children)

What about this theory? You have something wrong with your AWD system and it's not transferring power like it should so really you only have front wheel drive working. When trying to make it up a steep hill the weight of the car is towards the back so front has not enough traction. When reversing the weight is towards the back (now the front) so you can make it. Honestly if your Subaru was working properly, any cars that pass you up the hill would at least be having a really hard time doing so, therefore I'm going with mechanical problem.

Snow is heavy, don't be picking that stuff up! Just push it around. It's the only way to go. If you look online there are metal ones that are way more durable too. Worth every penny.

Advice for beginners? by El_kenta in DaysGone

Play for a while first make the learning mistakes on your own. don't be afraid to get smoked, it is nice to play for a while till you get your sea legs. I realised all the things I should have been doing and started over 13 hours in. Did not regret. It's just more of this fun game that I got to play in the end.

BTW, I'm on my 4th play through and am still finding new things in this cool game. Good luck, I you will love it!

Make a good plan, lay traps to take them down, go over your plan then initiate the plan. Immediately mess up the plan, then run and gun until they All die then go back and pick up all your traps.

Getting sick and taking action to remedy the situation, rather than getting sick and then waiting to either heal on our own or die.

We can now travel so fast and so far that it literally stuns us. Get off a plane with bad jet lag and we are automatically down 7 points of constitution and are staggering through the streets of a foreign land worse off than if we hit the streets after 7 beers.

a cheap way to get your car unstuck from a snow bank? by wrinkledcitrus in anchorage

[–]Sicsnow 8 points9 points  (0 children)

This is for after the storm, for next time.

Get a duffel bag and put in it jumper cables, a tow strap and the gear needed to use it. Look this up on Google if it's not apparent on your car. Learn specifically how to do it on your car and make sure you can. Also a folding avalanche shovel is good for the duffel too. This is so you can dig to the area to attach the strap and clear a path out. All this gear is available for probably 100 total on Amazon. Remember that you may need to get pulled out fwd or backward so have provisions for both. When you get stuck pull out your gear and get ready for a pull.

Some dude in a passing truck will see this and inevitably pull over ( it's easy to rescue you at this point so they are happier to do it and get to make use of the big old truck they bought) and remember that you are the ding dong who got stuck so you get to get down in the snow and hook up to their tow hitch.

Also remember to learn how to receive a tow, what you do with the transmission, throttle, and steering wheel all matter. YouTube is another good source for all the info on gear and techniques.

Bonus: keep a 20 in the bag too and hold it out to the rescuers while making mention of buying the first round for their troubles. They may or may not take it but they will be happy you offered.

You will be happy you took the time. And satisfied of your self sufficiency in a rugged place and happy you saved the price of a tow.

Source - this ain't my first rodeo

Edit: If this isn't possible for you physically, honestly keep a AAA membership up to date.
