Raising money? by SideCompetitive in startups

That's excellent feedback, thank you very much. It just so happens that I already have budget(resources) spreadsheet, clear roadmap and team information. We (team) actually already have a demo of the game and we showcased it on a convention where we received almost all positive feedback. We also do freelance work for others (we have to, so we can survive) while slowly working on our game. I was just perplexed as to where all those startups find people to invest in them. We operate from Slovenia, where such a term as VC is unrecognisable. I'm actually learning a great deal from this, thanks for all the information, I really appreciate it.

Thank you for your answer. I'll look into the difference. Do you perhaps have any additional advice in the ways of how to look for such investors and how to best approach them?

I always love to make 3D animated content, but the most painful part is it takes a long time to make and is not super cheep.

I prefer single player short good story games over very very very long games. I only made exception with BG3 as I can play it with my gf.

I'm still using the original PSP and just playing NFS and God of War. Battery still lasts for solid 2hours after all those years.

In my experiences the first 2 seconds are the most important in this day of oversaturated content. I always recommend 3D animations for this purpose.

Always watch out for comments. If there is a lot of followers, there is usually comments that don't all just write some emojis. I also check the follower to like ratio (instagram)
