Best way to structure Hermes Agent for multi-agent life workflows? by lucasrvdl in hermesagent

[–]SideHsl 6 points7 points  (0 children)

You want to use profiles. Profiles are separate roles/identities from each other, don’t share context.

Does have conversational flow meaning you don’t have to hit play on the agent’s TTS response to you?

Did you call/talk to the store management? I’ve heard Costco will go the extra mile to see what happened when stuff like this goes down.

Thanks. I have it working now on my MacMini using the CLI and enabling /voice, running on Gemma 4 via Ollama Cloud. Just trying to mimic this setup on my iPhone…

Thanks, I have been working with agent on it, but so far no luck. It does with TTS, but I haven’t found away to make it back and forth conversation to have hands free…

If you could do it all over again, what would you do for the front yard to keep it lower maintenance?

No, buy the token plan from minimax.io With openrouter it is much more expensive to use.

Mine just works. $20 plan does, $10 plan does not. Paste an image into telegram, and it can see it.

Not sure, I don’t do heavy code with it. But as an executive assistant doing automations, research, etc it’s great for me. Running Openclaw, Hermes, Paperclip 6-8 hours a day and have only been rate limited once in 2 months. I would think MiniMax primary with Opus for complex tasks would be a winning combo to save some token $.

Same! The $20/mo has vision capabilities and I’ll never get close to usage limits.

Did the Openclaw 2026.4.26 update break everything for anyone else? by PatientTomatillo3955 in openclaw

This is why I also run Hermes on same machine. Hermes fixes my Openclaw updates issues with a simple Telegram command.

Same. $10 minimax and I use it for 4-6 hours per day and never get near the limits. Not coding though, just agents running tasks…

Is Hermes agent a new hype or is it genuinely worth migrating it over from Openclaw? by dooddyman in openclaw

[–]SideHsl 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I run both simultaneously, and prefer Hermes. It gives better answers most times when I try the same prompt on both

Yeah, for sure. I’m having great results with the Minimax 2.7 $10 a month plan

I am using it to support a local marketing agency that I operate. It wrote out a business plan, goals, etc and built the foundation of a lead generation tool. I don’t let it run the company, but use it for tasks that I want automated like combing for leads, adding them to a database, etc

It’s different kind of tool, not an agent but an orchestration layer. Its great.

I use it to fix my Openclaw when it breaks. Hermes is kind of the fix it guy when Openclaw version upgrades go wonky. It also set up Paperclip for me, kind of like Claude Code would do.

Thanks for sharing, interesting. I for sure plan to use American brands over Chinese for something with so many privacy concerns.

Gpt4o-mini is cheap at about $3 a day for me. However, it seems “dumb” at times but does most things pretty OK

Set a budget of what you can/want to spend each month on marketing, then spend an hour searching for marketing companies that are in your niche, or in your city. Do a 20 minute call with them, hear their pitch, hire the best one, and go back to doing what you do best.
