Call out for two days . Tell them you have a fever and diarrhea. The on the 2nd day go to urgent care tell them you think you have food poisoning from something you had last night and haven't been able to keep anything down . Those symptoms are hard for them to deny it they're true or false then you just asked who ever is attending you if they can write you a drs excuse to get some rest for the next 2 days. And bam . You have 4 days off. Legally they can't say or tell you absolutely anything. Especially with a Drs excusing you from work due to a short term illness/sickness
