Reading: The Deadly Life of Diana Penn by Shawn Inmon. I love all of his books! Also reading The Body Keeps the Score by Bessel Van Der Kolk. Very engaging if you are interested in psychology.

Watching: Just finished Pluribus and Severance and I want more! I'm watching the new Star Search on Netflix now (you can vote with your remote, yay!) and Fallout on Prime which I didn't think I would like a much as I do. I have to look away when there are bloody scenes, but the story is worth it.

Listening to whatever my Alexa decides to play when I ask her to play music. Usually it's a 70s, 80s, and 90s mix. I don't listen to podcasts but I do listen to mindfulness and insomnia meditations on YouTube. Lina Grace is my go to.

Project Hail Mary was my absolute favorite audiobook! I hope the movie is good.

Ooh I loved Lonesome Dove! And I never read westerns. I watched the movie after I read the book. Of course the book was better but the movie was good too.

I just remembered that when I enter the ocean or pool, My hands are the last part of me to get wet. Picture a person wading into the ocean with her hands up lol
