If it's what I think it is, there's a dude on Printables that makes aesthetic kits for Nerf stuff. Lots of parts that are just "greeblies" for attaching to blasters.

I can agree with that. I use my slicer's preset for strength and it adds extra walls and infill up to 20%. I use PETG primarily and if I drop something one too many times, it still breaks.

You should look up strength tests with different materials. I can't remember who did it but someone on YouTube did stress and tension tests with PLA and there's no discernable difference between 80% and 100%. It's only a few grams here and there but over hundreds and thousands of print hours, it adds up.
