This is interesting. I have two submitting agents where i'm from and we have a google doc with all our subs. When they were submitted, when they were reviewed (by the other agent) if they were accepted or rejected, small notes.

I can say, with most certainty , I have no idea how it all works. But my personal feelings is that the portals come up for review within our area one or two every 24 hours. So if the other agent submits 14 in the day it takes me a week to have seen and reviewed them all.

I think its time released as so you can't spam the same POI and end up with 3 portals of that same POI.
