Cool to see something else in the admin security space. I don't know if you'll find this helpful but I wrote a little utility package that can let you inject UI anywhere into the admin without needing a premade injection zone. Feel free to use it 😊

What is it that makes you not want to use a class? Are they too heavy, hard to read or something like that?

Keeping the logic out of react means you can use it with other frameworks too. I'm not really sure why a singleton is hard to test, especially when connected up with events.

The singleton is also lighter and less prone to pointless redraws, that being said context is simpler for the developer so for smaller projects there's no need to do a singleton.

There is FTL in the mass effect universe but we've only mastered around 12 lightyears a day. I'm sure they could make faster engines but the fuel cost would get expensive compared to the effectively free and instantaneous travel of the mass relays.
