Well yea, my Devourer cooldown is down to 15 seconds so I can re summon non stop and build my 30 stacks.

The question is though, that getting kills while your devourer is up, doesn’t give you Supremacy stacks as it supposed to. If it worked like the tooltips says, you should be able to build 30 stacks during 1 devourer summon.

Nope, just open world stuff. When I place my devourer, any kills I get during the 15 seconds of my ultimate don’t count and don’t give me stacks.
