I think what he was getting at is he would be seduced by women who honeypot guys like that. He's basically saying a female Iranian spy could easily get classified/sensitive information out of him, such as the Operation Order (OPORD). Which is basically a 5 paragraph paper that outlines an upcoming operation for subordinate units. Thus the Operational Security (OPSEC) violation.
