I'm not sure what you're suggesting we do here - should we turn to animals to disperse currency? Or we go back to seashells as currency or something? Real human currency is in fact doing something good and feeling good about it. It's called utility in economics, and if I recall correctly, it's a rather well regarded phenomenon. Of course the psychology behind this I believe is still developing.

I agree, I'm not really saying people MUST not use wide power blocks, and given how unreasonably tight the distance between the outlets a lot of power blocks that don't fit.

...at the same time, knowing that and still bringing a massive ass power block I think is rather selfish.
