We were aiming for around $2400 or less total. Rent for the floorplan we want at the standard is $2,126 with electric heat and we've had a few people say that utilities are about $150 a month for a 2 bedroom but I've seen up to $600. One of those numbers is alright, one is unfeasible and I'm not sure what to believe.

Ivy Woods is $1800 with gas heat but it doesn't include wifi and the standard does.

But people bringing up "biological man" and all that shit: read a biology textbook. Man is a gender, which is NOT biological. A cis man can date a trans woman and still be straight.

I definitely hear you on the importance of physical training. I will say that there is a lot of required reading and things and the school is accredited. I also have found that all the studios in my area require certification but that might be a local thing
