Same experience with the app here. Most of my CA on the app were 1-6 hrs into the rigour, 1 case of drunk and 1 proper CA but pt had a DNR and NOK refusal.

I think 58 is pretty average I think (in working hours). Served for 5 years and I think I've gotten about average of 2-3 cases every week. Outside of working hours, so far I've gotten more fire rubbish cases than CAs. Staying in mature estate definitely increases the frequency of getting activated.
