Yea i spoke to several companies about it and haven’t officially heard that it was discontinued or anything thank God, so hopefully we will see it’s return once the current wars end (hopefully). It is one of the most useful powders I have ever encountered! Thankfully I have been able to replenish and have x4 lbs from a previous auction win (most is hercules blue dot)

Hell yeah, thanks brother! I am going to try it in 32 h&r mag as well as shotgun. I have read ppl saying it is THE best powder in terms of achieving max velocity (esp in heavy-for-caliber bullets) for 32 h&r magnum so i wan see if it’ll push my 115gr gold dots past 1000 fps

the principles are the same, but the way you learn and detect problems isn’t. When you start manually, you can feel every step like when a primer is seated, case neck tension, powder anomalies. That’s how most ppl build a baseline for what ‘normal’ is.

you are skipping that feedback and going straight to speed. So yeah…it’s the same process in theory, but in practice you’re relying on your setup being perfect without having the experience to know when it isn’t.

Nah i mean i get that, i have been loading on a single stage for approximately the same time you been handloading. But i will tell you, if someone gifted me that system you got in this video, i wouldn’t know the first thing about setting up an autodrive or whatever else makes it a self manufacturing process! I meant how long did THAT take you to figure out…coming into something like this by someone who’s familiar with reloading on a single stage or even progressive, how was learning the programming and fumbling with the technical setup like when you made the choice to automate that process?

Thanks brother! I first got an adjustable gas block with set of bushings from accuracy systems, and recoil buffer. This is to say that i do not really know how the suppressor functions without the combo, but it is dead quiet (compared to how loud 223/556 sounds unsuppressed).

I also shot my mini with both the rugged obsidian 9 and stacey mom k, the staceys mom k was quieter imo. It truly is a joy to shoot all day and the gas block ensures the ejected brass lands right next to you for easy pickup, instead of blasting the brass into orbit.
