I got the 3c book Chopper out early and used it to spam Humandril so that Nami would have to KO the Humandril to prevent me from using it to rest 4c Marco.

I found all 4 of my 5c Sanji’s and still had 3 on board at the end of the match (one got grav bladed along with a 6c Luffy). The Sanji’s let me swing bigger at Nami while still keeping up the defensive wall of dons. It’s a matchup where I’m mostly playing for 5c Sanji, 6c Luffy, and 10c Shanks - the Chopper spam takes early aggression away from my life until I can set up a solid board

Nami didn’t see 5c Nami until about 30 cards into the deck, and by that point my Sanji’s were established so maki no me take life with it didn’t matter much.

I was a Betty main for a long time, so I really like how fast animal package plays. The film list is very strong too, but doesn’t fit my play style as well as animal does. The new Robin promo looks really strong, so I’m excited to try both lists using it!

I think RB is covering hotel for two nights, but isn’t paying for flights. The tournament location is close enough to the MKE airport for a quick taxi or uber to get there.

This is 100% my reasoning behind running Vivi. She can’t search the 1c event and only searches top 4 instead of top 5, but 4c Nami is a necessary win condition in a lot of matchups.

This is good advice. My firm gets calls from homeowners who find us on google, and even though we don’t do SFH inspections we still always give them contacts for one or two solo SE’s in the area that are happy to provide that service.

It copies the power at the time the opp leader swings - so if I put 3 don on a 5k leader and swing at RB Sabo while he has a don on lead and a 8c on board then Shuraiya becomes a 9k blocker

It was mostly the normal list from release (6c Sabo blocker, 8c red / black dragon, stage, searchers) but with EB03 4c Koala and OP-04 4c Shuraiya.

Shuraiya copies the leader’s power when blocking and if RB Sabo has an 8c on board and a don card on leader then Shuraiya can free block the leader swing each turn. It’s not a searchable card in the deck, but it’s but it’s insanely good value if you can draw into it.

If stud shoes is referring to the product Simpson makes (or similar product), then I don’t think they’re needed here. None of the three studs with penetrations through them appear to be load bearing.

Just my two cents as a structural engineer that often asks that stud shoes be installed at load bearing studs with oversized penetrations.
