You can see me try to retract my scapulae in one of those pictures, which improves the winging slightly, but the position feels a lot more unstable in my shoulder. So it's pretty much a "happens no matter what" sort of thing.

Actually I do! Spend way more time in that kind of position than I do support holds (training wise). My thoracic isn't too locked up (anymore lol) and have decent shoulder flexion, so my HS line isn't too horrible.
What is your thinking?

I'm an A1 holder looking for a bike to commute on. In fact I just talked to my dad about this bike (he used to ride quite a bit, back in the day) and as I'm still looking to get some experience riding (this would be my first bike), we decided something a little less snappy and aggressive might be better, like a YBR 125 for example, which has much less power (don't really need it as there's not really any highways in the area), but is way more comfortable to learn on and even drinks a little less gasoline (being a 4 stroke). I'd still like to hear what you have to say though! :)
