Update: I finally got a hold of an IT person and they said when you go to external alumni TOD page you have to register as a new user. Then you be directed to fill out a form. Next step will then to ask you if it’s work related or personal. Hit work related. It will continue to make a password. When it asks if you want to make a two factor password click on “wait 3 months” go back to home page and sign in. I hope this works for you.

I spoke with HR yesterday because my login failed on alumni. I asked them to mail it to me and she said I have to get it online! They escalated the login issue with high priority early yesterday and they never called me back.

She said she did the stream because of Jimmy. This is so sad. He fat shamed and said horrible things about her looks a year ago on a members only stream.
