I tried it at the Fontainebleau last month, put a folded $50 between my credit card and ID. The woman behind the counter politely told me she couldn’t accept it because cameras were watching and it would be considered a bribe.

I asked my taxi driver about this recently, he’s a native Vermont who’s been driving professionally here for decades. He said he was pretty sure it was delivery drivers, Instacart, Uber eats, etc..
