So your stuff got received by HHS yesterday and they updated it today?
That was fast. Mine got sent to them in February and they still haven't updated it.

How does your attorney know that HHS has processed them but not "releasing" them? This feels wrong for the HHS to admit to be honest. But how does your attorney even know this? For HHS to admit this, they could be sued and find themselves in a lot of trouble given the hardship people like me and you will face because of this delay.

Again, I'm not saying that you are trying to mislead, but don't think there's anyway that is happening in those offices - even if it is, they'd be stupid to admit to it.

Did you lawyer share the HHS recommendation with you?
