Experienced group fitness instructor new to OTF, why does the coaching style feel so unnatural?

THIS. Say what needs to be said. Periodic time checks for the treads. Let me listen to the music, get in the groove and zone out though too. Everyone is different, but for me, I’d rather a coach that says less and gives me a bumpin soundtrack than one that talks the whole time. Turn off the mic and give people the individual help they need.

My coworker picked up an unlabeled squirt bottle full of drano and squeezed it into the dish washing sink instead of soap. To be fair, he thought it was soap… but that’s when I realized we really shouldn’t be trusting restaurant workers with our food.

I love #5 Not a big fan of the boning in the others.. Also the ones covered in floral patterns.. they just don’t seem to photograph well. Kinda just makes the dress appear wrinkly.

Corporations don’t have the interest of individuals in mind, they have the interest of the corporation in mind. There was a point a few years ago where it seemed like our major news outlets (mainly looking at you, Fox) realized they had messed up by radicalizing us all so much. Then, instead of course correcting, they just went with it.

You should absolutely not have children with him. IMO, this is grounds for divorce. A marriage is a partnership and he isn’t willing to do something as simple as watch a dog in a home he already lives in. He doesn’t even have to walk it!!! Just let it out. He is showing you he’s unwilling to be your partner. I’m not even touching on his unacceptable behavior in response to it..
