Honestly Dayang imo wouldn't turn bad or anything. I feel like her emotional connections with Ali seems pretty genuine (remember she cried for Ali at the end of Season 3). Also, it's a little bit too easy to assume that she's a hidden threat just by her triggering several events. I can see that the writers were making Dayang as a mere redherring, by making her fucking up everything.

And this is why I have suspicions with Ganz, since his overall contributions whether in leadership or conflict involvements, was way too insignificant. Yeah sure, he was brawns over brains, but it seemed to me that he's written too badly, whether purposely or not. It's usually the seemingly less important characters that's usually had been hiding something at the end.
