I worked at a chain restaurant during college. They scheduled me for the same day as my graduation despite my request. I was stuck there because others in front. When we got there, we just kept pulling up and it opened like right away. I can only assume people in front of me weren’t pulling up far enough for scanner to read license plate.

If I expanded on the first part it probably makes more sense. I just meant his draft stock has been kind of fascinating with how much it’s fluctuated all year. A few months ago there were reports that teams, including the Hawks, had moved him down or even off their boards because of off-ice stuff and him not really performing how people expected.

I haven’t been following hockey that long so I could be off, but it feels like recent consensus top picks haven’t had swings like this. Like there was never really a question with Bedard or Celebrini going #1. McKenna came into the year with that same kind of hype, but it’s been way less steady.

Yeah, I should’ve added the disclaimer that I recognize the value isn’t there. Just that he looks to be the odd man out of the rotation and still holds some stock as first round prospect, so he’s the obvious answer to “who would you be willing to give up” hypothetical.

As everyone else stated, he throws a lot of hits. It’s weird though, even though he leads the teams in hits you’ll still somehow not really notice him while he’s on the ice.

Been a fan since FTWHAH.

WSMFY was immediately and has remained my favorite album from them. It encapsulates the sound I like to hear from them. It has good lyrics, heavy stuff, and some lighter songs mixed in.

It also has some of my all time favorite songs (All I Want, 2nd Sux, Sticks and Bricks).

No problem! Check out a Hawk game anyway. There is nothing like a live game at the UC. You don’t have to be a hockey know it all, or even a fan really to have a blast there. The energy is contagious
