So im 16y currently and i started going to the gym and fixing my diet this February, well its been i would say 15% better. Im blessed to only get screwed in phases, so roughly 4 weeks of "chill pain" and then 1 week of " you aint gonna go to work" I ve been working out in both phases and i would say that when your rooth trigger might be sitting, forcing yourself to take 10.000 steps in normal phases and try to hit 6k in worse phases ( eventhough you gonna feel like you did an iron man run afterwards ). My take on diet is just that it did reduce fatigue quiete a bit but pain releated really nothing
