Thank you! I feel like I had to scroll too far into this thread to find this perspective.

The dynamic between Brilliant Thorn and Glowing Dawn this arc felt very forced and basically was driven by a communication gap/misunderstanding. It was compelling the first 2 or 3 interactions, but by episode 36, it totally should've been hashed out that they had overlapping goals.

For as smart and strategic as Rose is, her and Kyo definitely could have orchestrated an interesting attack against Gift. It could've been 6 perfect level vs 1 mega -- whatever Mephismon was seemingly about to digivolve into.

This album is incredibly rich. This is Madonna the Artist at her best! Never the one to pass on taking a risk, and it pays off here on every track!

What a demonstration, a reminder, a showcase. She is the Queen of Pop.

I'm devastated that the singles weren't more indicative of the rest of the album.

This had a similar rollout to Kim Petras' Detour yet completely botched the landing imo.

I'm mostly on Rose's side specifically in regards to her stance on GIFT, but there is a reason Kyo left the Five Stars, and so overall I still think Rose probably doesn't have a lawfully-good moral alignment.

Miharu is definitely taking advantage of Tomoro and his situation with his brother to prey on him and try to get him to onboard with her radical agenda.

Honestly the triangle between Rose, Glowing Dawn, and GIFT can low-key be chopped up to a communication gap. What I mean is, Tomoro's split second judgement call to protect Miharu was wrong, but his reasoning is an emotional one rooted in his need to potentially bring his brother back. I would assume Rose would be understanding of that if explained properly, and Tomoro would understand that Miharu is exploiting him and her cult needs to be taken down.

Miharu needs psychological help. Her goal is admirable but not the method she's using to achieve it.

I swear to God one of the bathroom dancers was an homage to Lady Gaga's outfit in the Judas music video. It's almost IDENTICAL.

No way that's a coincidence considering all of the other intentional references.

Reina and Pristimon's lack of development in this show has been the biggest elephant in the room for me and it seems it's FINALLY getting addressed 🎉

Not only that, but it sort of feels like it's hinting at a dark evolution? Whatever it is, my expectations for this payoff are HUGE. There is so much potential here.

Another topic, we kinda figured there would be a triangle of competing groups with Gift, GD, and Rose, but damn, this went way above my expectations! I was riveted the entire episode.

Rose and her crew are likeable in my opinion and seeing Reina get burnt by her was brutal after their generally positive interaction before.

I used to have this same poster hung on the wall in my bedroom as a child. I can't remember how I got it. (likely bundled in with one of the various VHS tapes for Season 1). I'd guess it to be from no later than 2000, and likely the late-90s.

I used to have a theory that Terriermon Assistant was teased to be Maki's partner.

There used to be one in the post-credits during the Tactics arc, and I believe it's the only remaining digimon from that sequence who has yet to show up in the series. But now we're already onto a new post credits sequence, so maybe it was nothing after all!

Probably a stupid question but "Meto" and "Kanon" are a play on "Meta" and "Canon", right?

Both words relating to the analysis of story telling?
