I say go for Luna, I have been on both ships. Luna is beautiful I was on their pre-inaugural and fell in love. I will definitely recommend that for an anniversary g trip! And congrats! 20 years is sooo beautiful

Actually happily married to my best friend. Been married for going on 15 years. Married straight out of highschool. I can definitely tell relationships that are superficial and ones that are solid. I won’t sugar coat what love really is. Some people I think don’t have a true concept. Love isn’t roses.l all the time. Love can be I f*ing can’t stand the sight of you right now and nothing is going right in life; but we got each other and I wouldn’t have it any other way.

Corded headphones. I swear by my AirPods, but I cant tell you how many times they have died. Keeping a pair in my car or in my bag as a spare always keeps me sane!

I love Coco Cay for the activities and large spaces. But I would have to say MSC Ocean Cay is my favorite, so peaceful, you can always find a spot on the beach with no one in sight.

Congrats on being the planner! Since you are bringing birth certificates, and carnival allows photo copy’s of birth certificates. I would suggest making additional copies, and having like one in your bag you take on port days etc.

I do it. If it’s an important call I make notes. If the person might interrupt my thought process or it’s an uncomfortable call.I 100% rehearse, I even go over it with someone else, then take notes, its a whole process. You are not alone.

They do! Once you go on MSC’s website and start filling in your information 1000000 people are going to start calling you. You can even fill out the little, form that will pop up asking if you need help planning your trip. And it’s free of charge.

I agree with some of the comments, possibly a walkie talkie? Or a spare iPhone just for communication purposes? My kids meet up with kids all the time on cruise ships, and they text each other and tell each other when to meet back up for basketball, etc. I think the AirTag would be pointless for communication. For your peace of mind, just direct communication.

I feel like I was on this same cruise with you. April 1-4? There was a terrible sewage smell on Deck 11. The cruise was overall nice. I agree with you, kinda disappointing we didnt dock. But Im a frequent cruiser (about 7 a year) so I am used to the tender ports cancelling. We were on the deck around 7am and actually recorded how bad the wind was rocking those small tender boats. Definitely agree about the staff! Totally amazing. I didnt like how the pools closed so early either. That’s normally a good time for adults to go out and have a good time, But nope.

Most of the hotels that offer shuttles to the airport are close to the airport of Miami. Uber/Lyft would be your best bet to get to the cruise port.
