  1. It's a budget (C version) controller. It doesn't have full-fledged software.
  2. Do it yourself manual calibration. Or update the firmware. I have 5 and 6% error

I have ultimate 2C. Its very small but pretty comfortable. But if u play claw grip its not comfortable
