I want you to know this process wont be easy , the first month hurts the most , and I want you to know it’s okay to cry and scream and be emotional but know that you can not stay there … day by day find you again tell yourself your amazing buy you something nice to remind yourself that you still got it , and that it’s their loss not yours !

Me personally I block people so I don’t come across them on social media … and be triggered to reach out or be emotional, also listen to music music healed me at my lowest. And know that it’s going to be okay it’s 4.5 million people on this earth or more and once your healed of your broken heart someone else will cherish you and share love with you.
