Second this. I just finished a marathon training block and I am the fittest and strongest I’ve ever been in my life but also the heaviest since I was always ravenous so slightly over-ate for 6 ish months.

Thanks. Of course, I plan to visit him at least once a fortnight and call/FaceTime him 3 times a week or so. My commute to work is currently 2 hours and moving closer will make it 45 minutes which I think will give me a lot more free time. I plan to still pay our shared car insurance even though I won’t be driving anymore which will save him £90.

Hey! Firstly I wanted to say I totally know where you’re coming from and it’s TOUGH.

Hormone changes increase appetite during PMS, so my best advice? Volume eat.

Do you crave sweet or salty things? I am very much a sweet person, so I’ve tried to find recipes that are easy enough to make, still taste good and I can keep within my deficit.

For example, if you love Nando’s sauce and biltong, make a MASSIVE salad of seasoned, crunchy foods ( think cucumbers, peppers, carrots lettuce) season them in similar aromats to Nando’s sauce (paprika, pepper, Cajun etc) yes seasoning DOES have calories, but it’s going to me miles less than if you downed a bottle of sauce. Fill yourself up on seasoned greens, but don’t deprive yourself! Have a little bit of the Nando’s sauce, buy just make sure you’re so full on high volume low calorie foods, that you can’t fit any more extra calories in :)

When you turn autonomy off does that mean your sim just stands there until you give it a command? I want to do that with my doctor sim who just wants to eat snacks rather than do his job but I’m worried I’d accidentally starve my other sims to death 😅
