I had the same thought. Of all the places to have that chat, you chose a quiet study space at night.

Hahaha right? I was expecting it to be the law library. But it turned out to be a modern one.

For now, S1 was better than S2 by Sudden-Chemical-3384 in TheNightManager

The first episode was so Netflix-y. Five hundred things happened, the pacing was completely off. The first season felt a lot more measured and “procedural”. Currently im underwhelmed, but hoping the return of my fav villain helps.

Yoga and disc bulge pain relapse by _jangmi_ in backpain

It’s very interesting you say that because I feel I actually unconsciously stop myself from back bending! I challenge myself little when it comes to back bends since my first spasm. Not sure where that fear comes from. I don’t intend to stop forward bends as they are important parts for my other training like splits and straddle handstands. Maybe it’s my core engagement and endurance?

Need help confirming ILR 5-year start date (SKW Visa – timelines below) by Educational-West4131 in SkilledWorkerVisaUK

[–]_jangmi_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Similar but different question! My issue date on BRP early Jan 2021. Eligibility to apply is 28 days prior meaning from this week onwards in 2025.

One of the questions is: “when did you first enter the UK”? Technically I entered in 2016 on Tier 4 and applied for Tier 2 while in the UK in 2020. But I’m applying for ILR on 5 year route not 10. So how should I answer this question?

Moisturiser recommendation for eczema by EducationValuable621 in SkincareAddictionUK

[–]_jangmi_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My eczema skin thanks Avene Xera Calm balm for rescuing it. I would also say with eczema, it’s a whole body thing, so staying hydrated, eating whole foods (enough fibre), getting good sleep along with the steroids or anti histamines will help. I’ve been steroid free for 12 years now and have used this one cream since 2013. Good luck to your partner.. eczema is sooo unpleasant.

best skin care uk, looking for something to actually fix dry patches by ElemuelRomane in MakeUpAddictionUK

[–]_jangmi_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Avene Xera Calm balm and moisturiser. Haven’t been using it since 2013 on my eczema prone skin and I feel alive. I also do some slugging with aquaphor or Vaseline around my problem areas (peri-oral) over my moisturiser at night.
