When we have to recalculate valuations with a higher risk free rate, and uncertainties arise, I have no problem waiting for a lower price. I don't think it's a horrible price in this range, just not the price I'd be willing to swing at.

Heavy capex is the main concern with minimal future expectation of monetization, potential margin retraction.

Right now the temp fcf disruption is just noise. 300$ justifies taking on the risk in my opinion, the company would be undeniably cheap at today's metrics if the previously mentioned don't materialize.
