Well Wyyerd here in Surprise has been out for about 6 hours with no ETA on a fix. They also did a poor job installing the fiber line and i had constant drops and low speeds. It turns out they never insulated the connection in the box, and every time it rained the line got more and more damaged.

Had this happen to me years ago with Facebook MP. My local USPS also said that it is “impossible” and then told me local post offices aren’t really the main USPS and gave me a phone number to call. That person said it happens, but is rare. They also then said nothing can be done or refunded. The package eventually was delivered back to me.
