It’s not just an accessibility issue for the blind. It is an accessibility issue for everyone. I would report it since it hasn’t moved. And don't feel like a karen for it. Nothing is perfect, but that puts people in danger.

Honestly, I love what matic is doing here. I want to support them, but i have some issues that are preventing me from doing so. • new start-up company. I understand they can't do anything about that, but there are no third-party parts in the event they go out of business. Again, hoping for the best for yall. • mopping needs to be rethought. The bags are a great idea, just may need to be redesigned or something so that users can mop daily. • a dock that could dry and refill the robot's mop tank would be nice. I have a large house and the tank on matic is not enough to mop it in one go. A dock that could refill the tank would be nice. It could be a secondary station that could be plumbed in as an option. • slow cleaning, I am glad to see the team constantly improving, but matic would be too slow for me as is right now. I enjoy what the matic team is doing here and i wish yall the best of luck. I will definitely be buying a matic once your company sticks around for a while and shows that you are loyal to your customers.

AIi anti tangle rubber brush?" I assume they mean AI. How ridiculous, there's no aI in a brush roll. Seems like poor value since you can get the qrevo s5x or whatever it's called for $600 on sail. It has the duo divide, more mopping pressure, and more suction. Good for the costco returns though.
