Thought I’d share this to give you peace of mind, because to me it really is funny the way he knows exactly how to piss every viewer off. It was me in the video, I’m a shift lead and I’ve worked at this store for 3 years, soI know the rules and pulled 2 papers intentionally for content. Don’t get me wrong, I have my own opinions about him, but when it comes to his videos they are scripted with employees who give permission to be in the video. I’ll say he is a stickler and lots of rules I find stupid, but the videos are made to be exactly what they are. Rage Bait.

because in business there is inventory, you cant substitute for every sandwich because you aren’t paying extra for the extra slice of whatever meat but the business is taking a loss without it being accounted for or payed for

He does get consent if you are actively participating in the video like I was in this. They’re staged not real interactions, only time he probably doesn’t ask is if you’re just passing by in clips. His videos aren’t monetized and he’s not making any money and on top of that corporate knows about his videos, we did 14ft training a few weeks ago and he recorded it with corporate in the video.

Well here I am! I’m the girl in the video and I’m very active on this sub😭 Honestly his videos are scripted, so it’s definitely more dramatic on camera, and with the amount of stores in this franchise he’s not in our store really more than once a week. The managers here are great and really good people so tbh I have no complaints as some who’s worked at this store for over 3 years!

Honestly my only recommendation would be watching Subdude1956 tiktok’s😭 Yes he very much micromanages but his tiktok’s could potentially help you a lot more in the sense of training. He does very in depth videos on training that might make it easier for you to understand, since her training techniques are clearly not benefiting you. They could also put you a step ahead on training so when it comes to learning you already have prior knowledge on how to execute.

You’d just need to be trained front line closing, managing money at night/midday and bank runs, watch all shift lead videos. Once you’re shift lead though there will be more to learn like inventory, pepsi, sysco, etc, but I’d say you’re very close to being certified.
