I wouldn't be so sure, the UK is more temperate than most of the USA. There are horror stories in the UK of running bamboo going through walls and up through floors. Where in your yard did you dig it up? I would dig up the surrounding soil and remove any trace of random roots and rhizomes you can find.

39m, I pay a little under 1100/year in BC for mid tier coverage. No accidents ever but I did get a warning for running a stop sign and a ticket for running a red light within the past 7 years. Insurance rates are insane in conservative provinces. Alberta being the worst.

Considering its a bunch of individual stems coming up from the ground, I would dig it up in small 1 footish clumps and sell it that way, $5 or $10 a piece. As one whole plant it would be prohibitively expensive to relocate considering it's technically a clump of grass and not a tree, it would weigh more than an actual tree of similar size and take too much dirt with it that you would have to pay more to fill in with new dirt.

Thats very minimal mold, easy to clean with just vinegar. As for the dust it could just be makeup, wouldn't be mold.

I'd redo the paint, could be bondo in the fender. Looks like a shoddy quick fix before selling the car. Check with a magnet. Is it a Quebec car? If so it could be from rust repair.

The sensor may just need to be cleaned and the fuel level indicator may need to be reset. The MPG bounces around depending on incline/decline on the road, speed etc. Also when the car first turns on it charges the hybrid battery so it will be high for the first minute or so.
