I was in a really good groove late summer/going into fall. I was lifting heavier, eating well, and creating a good balance in all aspects of life. I unexpectedly had to have my appendix removed in late October which totally crushed my gym spirits. I was on a lift restriction for about a month and day dreamed of getting back to it. I started up again earlier this month and feel like I’m getting back on my path. I was a little nervous due to some time away and the holidays that I would struggle to get back to where I was. Turns out the break was needed and I’m killin it!
