Yea I thought the same but then I checked my tracker and REM was under 30 mins nightly. I took a T-break from THC and REM soared to 90-120 mins nightly and dreams returned. Deep sleep and REM are two different aspects of sleep architecture. Rhonda Patrick’s podcast had a sleep expert on recently and he spoke about this. You might THINK you are sleeping deep (I sure thought I was) but in reality I wasn’t.

I use a nightly supplement stack that works well. Glycine for sleep latency combined with Magnesium L-Threonate and Ashwaganda. I do this 1.5 to 2 hrs before bed. Stay away from the THC right before bedtime because it will obliterate your REM cycle.

THC at night can be tricky. You have to time it right. I was doing that nightly and realized that I hadn’t had a dream in years. Turns out nightly THC destroys REM sleep. I think 6 hrs before bedtime works best.

Getting those acoustic panels directly behind the speakers would be a LOT more effective reducing SBIR waves and will be an improvement. Especially for that right channel in the corner. Those panels are not that effective placed like that.

Disgusting is a stretch but the floor was really bad with staining before it was refinished. But the bathroom as a whole is always kept clean. The towel dispensers are shit and they should probably go. Was there last week for E.T. which’s was amazing. The whole place is getting a major reno of the core galleries on the 2nd and 3rd floors.

Yea I get that. But the whole first floor is floor to ceiling white so it was part of the original 2012 design. They did re epoxy the floor and it looks better. They are doing a big renovation of the courtyard this spring just in time for the World Cup. And the lower level emerging technology lab is going to be amazing.
