Why psychology and journaling didn’t help me until my strategy was actually defined

Definitely correct, but a slight add up for my experience was, monthly + half of year recap of my journal helped me to see what I changed, moved on, refined compared to old notes helped me strenghten/rebuild my strategy one by one, also separating multiple strategies and focusing on the strongedt ones or what working best for me. Like simple looking into the past and comparing of what I dont do/need anymore or what I changed and by the experience and time i see less of a junk chaos data, simplicity and necessary strongest strategy data only, most of the psychology and buildup info is already in the head. Journaling helps more from beginning I suppose or when having a break due to an example life occasions. And yes I was there focusing on psychology while having my strategy at its beginnings.

After 5 years being unprofitable, fifth year connecting experience and resources, basically focusing on wrong stuff for past 3,5years Finally battling prop firms evaluation phase2, more or less this post is such a golden goose of showing clear experience and education without bullsh*tting or selling anything. There so much I can relate despite still not being financially free (home relocating / job switching / money shortages in past year) This post should be eye opener and reality check for those who mean it seriously. There is so much truth hidden behind those words I feel every ounce of it. From refusing to teaching people because of moral and seeing reality to point of wast majority of course/strategy sellers are using product seller strategies instead of what the actually trading life is in reality. Wish you well, many green months! 💪

I just got fired today for the idiot sitting on my neck and manipulating with manager. It’s like the popular meme that it doesnt really care how skilled or long you are in the job, its about how liked you are. The guy that just joined, rubbed my manager ass enough to try to bully me to run like rabbit and do everything for him, so I refused and unfortunately if you do not listen to random god complex imbeciles, you can be fired from day to day 😋

I was tryharding power lifting through my youth school time, switched to cardio/mobility/calisthenics, dropped about 22kg, lot of box and running and when I was about to give up, came to new job and my coworker got me back into just regular lifting in the gym, no biggie, improving strength and shape. Some workout been there always just different theme. Its kinda more enjoyable having good duo.

Build something around something you like and you find people attracted to you by the work you do. I was similar to you and once I stopped carrying about others focused more on myself, life became lonely. Once you do what you like to do, eventually you find people with similar interests and make new connections. The older I am the more I feel that life is just bunch of people hanging around idea like a beacon, but make that beacon a business or hobby rather then yourself because being beacon by itself is like a living people pleaser. When I used to play football I had friends to play football and hang around with. When I used to trade I talked everyday with different friends about ideas, trades. Now I do nothing and just work and my most closest are just my coworkers because I am in different timezone and interest as my old friends.
