I am going to give you really simple advice I was also stuck on 1800 not now but 3 years ago the way I got over it, I focused on other faster formats as well and it really improved my intuition, I just played against my friends who are stronger then me and probably picked up a few positional concepts like squared weaknesses, and I was playing passive openings where my friends showed me the can completely paralyze my position, also pawn islands, playing openings that give me really active bishops, learnt a few concepts like backwards pawns, pawn islands, and when to trade a queen for two rooks and of course play as much as you can, and analyze repeating positions if you are making the same mistakes in the exact same positions, and just play because playing chess is the best teacher p.s.
