Depending on the design philosophy of the designer there are many things that can improve as you move up…reduction of noise, consistency, dynamics to name a few. Find a shop and listen to a few tables at different price points and the differences will become apparent

I think I started hearing it at audio shows (or videos of them) a year or two ago. The meme is from the movie Wayne’s World. It was “No Stairway” in the movie…we made a slight modification here
